Return Policy
Custom & Personalized Items
All of our products are made to order. Due to the personalized nature of these items, all customized products are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion. Please contact us if you have a concern with your order.
Non-Custom Items (Returns & Exchanges)
For non-personalized items, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused and in original condition
Customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process:
A refund to the original payment method, or
An exchange (if requested)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
You must provide photo proof of the damage, including packaging if applicable
Once reviewed, you may choose:
A replacement, or
A full refund
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified any time before they have shipped.
After 24 hours, production may have begun and cancellation may not be possible
Custom orders cannot be canceled after purchase unless approved by us. Please contact us immediately if changes need to be made.
Personalization Errors
Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalization details (including spelling, dates, and formatting) are correct at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, and such items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Holiday Returns
Orders placed during the holiday season may be eligible for an extended return window. Please contact us for details regarding your specific order.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow a reasonable processing time once your return has been received and inspected.
